We began working with Watford FC in mid-2018, having been appointed to perform a comprehensive digital audit on the club’s digital and social platforms.

Our engagement started with a thorough review of the club’s digital capabilities, highlighting where the club already performed well, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Workshops with key stakeholders and staff helped to identify new strategic directions for the team, and helped to bring about a digital shift for Watford.

We continue to provide ongoing monthly support for the Club, as well as working with them to ensure their continued digital development.
