The Ryder Cup is one of the most exciting and nail-biting sporting events in the world, but how nervous do the players get when they’re about set foot on the first tee and hit their opening tee shots?
Seven League designed and executed an adrenaline-filled digital activation that gave fans attending the event the opportunity to find out for themselves.
The activation, deployed at Fan Village inside Le Golf National in Paris, tested the nerves of fans in a simulated recreation of the first tee for Ryder Cup principal partner Aberdeen Standard Investment (ASI).
As a result of our work, Ryder Cup 2018 will not only be remembered for being a great tournament, but one that pushed the boundaries in fan engagement and interaction.
7Leaguers are busy at the @rydercup working on this high-tech activation for @ASInvestments, bringing the first tee experience to life through data. If you're near the West Village, come and check it out! #digisport #rydercup pic.twitter.com/AyxlwvPimD
