England Netball

England Netball

Seven League was appointed in early 2017 to audit England Netball’s digital performance and create a strategy for digital transformation.

2017 proved to be a watershed year by women’s sport in England, with its national teams winning the Cricket World Cup, and reaching the final of the Rugby World Cup and the football European Championships – and we are thrilled to be working with one of the leading lights in women’s sport in this country.

Netball is one of very few sports that can claim to be female-only at the elite level, as well as being phenomenally successful at getting women active in the many grassroots versions of the game.

Following our work to set out England Netball’s digital strategy, Seven League was extended on a rolling basis to deliver the transformation project as England Netball moves towards the Commonwealth Games in 2018 and then a World Cup on home soil, in Liverpool, in 2019.

The depth of the team was better than we could have expected. Great thinkers who really wanted to get Netball and did. Lewis was brilliant, extremely reactive and there to help. Richard and Lewis challenged our thinking to enable us to come around to a new way of looking at our business and I am sure we may have even taught these guys a few things too. Very enjoyable group of people to work with. It was nice that we got the Senior Consultants doing the work and not just showing up at presentation time. The final presentation is just the start of the journey and we feel very confident that we can become a much more digitally responsive organisation into the future.
