Seven League have worked on various digital transformation, content, connected stadium and internationalisation projects for Arsenal FC since 2013.

As a global sports brand, Arsenal FC is increasingly focused on building closer relationships with their fans around the world.  Recently, the club commissioned Seven League to undertake a project that would take their international fan engagement strategy to the next level.

The project had three stages:

1. Market research: Understand the digital landscape of two key growth markets.

2. Hypotheses Development:  A series of ideas and theories across multiple functions of the club that can be tested

3. Fan research:  Online quantitative surveys with fans in each market to test new membership concepts, content offerings and technology enhancements.

The project concluded with a series of content, technology and marketing recommendations, some long-term and some that can be implementated right away.
