Seven League is delighted to announce that it has hired former BT Sport and Twitter executive Iain Liddle.
Iain brings 15 years of experience in content, digital strategy and delivery, and growing audiences and revenue. He joins us as a Senior Consultant from Monday March 2nd, at a time when Seven League is busier than ever with new clients and contracts.
Most recently the Head of Social Media at BT Sport, Iain was responsible for the creation and delivery of a strategy which added billions of organic video views, millions of subscribers (250,000 to 2.3m on YouTube between 2017 and 2019) and millions of pounds per season in advertising revenue.
Previously, Iain worked across sports, news and government at Twitter, including partnering with Team GB and its athletes to build their strategies for reaching audiences during the Rio 2016 Olympics.
Seven League’s client roster includes some of the biggest rightsholders in world sport, including many football clubs, and those clients will note that Iain has also experienced life inside a club, overseeing a team that delivered digital, news and media for Charlton Athletic before he moved to Twitter.
